"I love our all-female staff and our all-female choir! I think it proves that women are awesome and can do anything!!" -Tyler Martin

FACTS ABOUT ME
  • Moved to Memphis from Fitzgerald, Georgia, in 2019
  • I traveled to the Philippines twice in college! We spent time in Manila and on the island of Mindoro. I got engaged on the second trip!
  • My fiancé and I have a ridiculous amount of DVDs and books! We are currently working on collecting more board and card games.

MEMPHIS MUST-EXPERIENCE: Big River Crossing!

FRIDGE MUST-HAVE: CHEESE!

SOMEONE WHO IMPACTED ME:
My female teachers have always inspired me! In particular, my middle school chorus teacher always inspired me to be a better person. She fought breast cancer and won! She's one of the strongest people I know.

ARTISTIC BACKGROUND:
I started choir in 6th grade and loved it! I was introduced to theatre at a young age. It was during summer arts camp. My very first role was a baker! I really started to appreciate it during my sophomore year of high school. I assisted with wardrobe for Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and I fell in love!

FAVORITE ANGELSTREET MEMORY:
I will never forget telling the Graham Heights girls that they are getting a gift card to Walmart during Christmas time. The screams of excitement made me tear up. They got to use some on themselves, but many just spent the money on their family!

ANGELSTREET MOMENT OF IMPACT:
I remember the first time a participant told me she trusted me enough to tell me some tough stuff from her past... we have been connected since that moment!
